MHD AND ROCKLAND AEROSPACE ANNOUNCE MERGER
Industry leaders pull together: green shoot of recovery
Wurtulla, March 15, 2010 – MHD International Aviation Parts and Rockland Aerospace are pleased to announce their upcoming merger, effective April 1st, 2010.
Mr. Bryan Dollimore, president, described the new entity, MHD-ROCKLAND, as “a green shoot of recovery for the aviation industry and the economy as a whole.”
This merger simplifies access for clients around the world to an enlarged in-stock inventory of more than 275,000 aircraft spares. “This is particularly good news for an aviation-dependent economy such as Australia’s,” says Dollimore, “where too much aircraft downtime can translate into a real economic loss.”
The Brisbane-based Global Tech Group will provide exclusive representation for MHD-ROCKLAND throughout Australia.
